Schools

Jewish Schools, including day schools and Hebrew schools, use Project Zug to provide parents and teens the opportunity to engage in Jewish learning and build relationships with each other. A course may be facilitated by the school rabbi, a faculty member or lay person, or studied independently by paired community members or small groups. Hebrew Schools and Youth Groups also use Project Zug courses to offer havruta learning as a learning option for teens.

Schools and youth groups use Project Zug to:

> Provide parents with a chance to engage in meaningful Torah study while getting to know each other better

> Teach teens about learning in havruta

You will designate someone at your school or youth group as the primary point of contact (Project Zug Admin) who will collaborate with the Project Zug Director ([email protected]) to tailor a learning program that fits the parent or teen community’s needs and interests. Partner Spotlight

A parent cohort at the Schechter School in Boston has been studying a Project Zug course on a seasonal basis. Their goal is to engage with Jewish texts and traditions in the same way their children do in school, while also fostering deeper connections with one another. Parents love getting time to engage in Jewish learning while also getting to socialize with peers.
